01.07.10 | The Omega Course
Spiritual leadership can be one of the most fulfilling things we can do in life, but it can also be very costly. Because we are finite beings, when we give generously of ourselves to God and others, we need to be poured into as well.
At Harvest we deeply appreciate those who have voluntarily stepped up to lead. As a church family we want to be committed to investing in those who invest in us. One way we’re doing that is by offering the Omega Course.
The Omega Course was developed by Jason Pankau, President of the Life Spring Network. He wanted to offer people a pathway for getting their lives aligned under the lordship of Jesus Christ and approach all of life from a stewardship perspective.
The Omega Course is not about skill sets and competencies. It is about character and spiritual formation. We believe that after our leaders have gone through the Omega Course, they will emerge as deeper people and more fully devoted to Jesus.
Please note that participation in the Omega Course is by invitation. If you are a leader at Harvest, you will receive an invitation automatically. If you are a Harvest non-leader but would like to participate in Omega, please contact Pastor Frank to discuss it.
